About Us
Easy Mobiles is a web-based telecommunications company providing hassle free mobile phone plans to customers looking for that simple and affordable alternative to the mobile madness.
The directors of Easy Mobiles have all lived and worked overseas. Upon returning to Australia, they found the mobile phone market to be confusing and unfriendly; with so many questions and seemingly no comprehensible answers.- Why are Australians charged flagfall each time they make a call?
- If the phone company sets the rates, how do we really get $120 worth of calls for only $40?
- Why do we have to be bound into 24 month contracts?
From these questions, Easy Mobiles was born. It was that simple.

All aspects of our business, from process and procedures to systems, design, marketing, sales and customer management, embody and promote this simple strategy. Our goal is to make using a mobile phone in Australia that much easier.
The Team
The Easy Mobiles Team is passionate about offering you great value phone plans in an easy, simple and affordable format.
Ryan “Bozz” Murphy is our Sales and Service Director. Ryan gained his extensive experience of the telecommunications industry whilst working for Carphone Warehouse, the UK’s largest mobile phone retailer. With a strong customer focus, this gave him the tools to envisage and plan a way of revolutionising the Australian mobile phone industry. His wealth of industry knowledge means that, if you call our Easy number, you can feel confident with the advice and support you receive from Easy Mobiles.
Alistair Eldred is our Marketing and Innovation Director. He met Ryan whilst working for Carphone Warehouse and together they developed the ideals for what was to become Easy Mobiles. Alistair has built a solid reputation within the fields of marketing and advertising and is an industry expert in the discipline of coaching sales and service performances. His creative awareness and industry knowledge will ensure that the Easy Mobiles product range continues to evolve to match customer needs.
Darren Bell is our Operations Director. An engineer by trade, Darren has already demonstrated his ability to deliver by establishing and directing his own successful engineering company. Friends with the rest of the team for many years, Easy Mobiles provided the new challenge he was looking for. With his strong business acumen and background, Darren’s skills compliment the team and ensure that Easy Mobiles is able to deliver on its ideals and promises.
Holly Marshall is our Managing Director. Having completed his MBA, Holly has all the credentials to successfully manage a small business and like Darren, was looking for a new challenge. A self-confessed techno-phobe and someone who does not get seduced by marketing ploys and the latest gadgets, Holly is able to provide a refreshing approach to the industry and the Easy Mobiles team. His direction ensures that Easy Mobiles is very much about ‘communication not complication’.
