Q: Why do you offer the iPhone at zero dollars on a redemption basis?

A: As iPhones are a high value item, we just can’t afford to buy hundreds in and cover the purchase costs. An upfront payment allows us to offer this promotion to more customers, meaning that everyone can have a free iPhone.

 

Q: Is my redemption in the form of cash or credit?

A: We offer a cheque-back system as standard, but you can request to convert this to credit if you prefer.

 

Q: What networks does it work on?

A: Our iPhones are designed for use on our own Easy3G network.

 

Q: If I update the software will my iPhone be locked again?

A: Yes. Easy Mobiles will inform you how to update the firmware if and when a new update becomes available.

 

Q: How do I connect to the internet with my iPhone?

A: The Apple iPhone 3G can access the internet in two ways:

  1. Anywhere you have access to a WiFi network (recommended).
  2. Via HSDP using one of our own Data bundles.

 

Q: What type of warranty does EasyMobiles provide?

A: Our 12-month warranty covers the handset and the standard applications that come with the phone. We also are unable to provide support for any third party applications that are installed independently.

 

Q: Is the iPhone a 3G handset?

A: Yes, although it cannot make or receive video calls. You must be within 3G area to make or receive these type of calls.

 

Q: Can I send files to and from my iPhone via Bluetooth?

A: No, you can only use Bluetooth headsets or car kits.

 

Q: What comes in the box?

A: iPhone 3G, docking station, USB cable, stereo headphones, power adaptor, user manual and Easy iPhone Guide.
