Easy iPhone 3G Warranty

EasyMobiles offer a warranty on the iPhone software for the life of the phone. If you have any issues, all you need do is send the phone back to us and we’ll do the rest. We also provide free phone support at any time.

If the firmware is incorrectly updated by the customer using illegitimate software or unlocking, this may relock the handset and cause it to become permanently unusable. Our warranty does not cover iPhones that have been manually hacked, so please ensure that this does not occur.

The hardware warranty is provided by Simply Mobiles Pty Ltd. For hardware repairs, we will ship the phone to our local agent in Australia. Water or physical damage is not covered by this warranty, but we can recommend an Australian repairer if you require one.
